These are unofficial real estate practice exam pages, one per state. Pick your own state, because license law stops at the state line: who needs a license, what a broker must supervise, where a deposit goes and by when, which relationships must be disclosed, and what the recovery fund pays are all set by that state's statute and rules.

More about these tools

Each page holds the law part only, and the Florida page adds a short group of federal rules. Arithmetic and the general principles that no statute states are left out. Every question names the section it was written from, so you can open it and read the rule yourself. No page here is a government website, no licensing agency has reviewed the questions, and nobody here has seen a state's exam. No licensed broker or attorney has reviewed the answers yet.
