The bank follows the state-specific content outline in the Division's candidate information bulletin, at one and a half times its counts: state governance 6, licensing requirements 9, license law and rules of the Commission 24, brokerage relationships 21. Topics the outline marks broker only, the national portion and its math are left out.

What the Ohio state portion asks

Explanations link to the state's own code site: written agency agreements, the agency disclosure statement, dual agency consent, trust accounts, the three-year renewal cycle. Exam mode is timed and marked as the bulletin sets the state portion for salespersons.

  • A written agency agreement comes before showing a seller's residential property, and it carries an expiration date (R.C. 4735.55).
  • The recovery fund's liability stops at $40,000 for any one licensee (R.C. 4735.12).
  • A new salesperson without proof of 20 post-licensure hours within twelve months is suspended automatically (R.C. 4735.09).
