What the CLF-C02 exam asks
The exam guide, read on October 9, 2026, weights cloud concepts 24%, security and compliance 30%, cloud technology and services 34%, and billing, pricing and support 12%. AWS's certification page allows 90 minutes.
What is not asked here
AWS discontinues its Developer and Business support plans on January 1, 2027, so the support questions ask only about Basic Support. Prices are left out, and so are multiple-response questions.
- AWS secures the cloud itself. The customer secures what it puts there, such as the guest operating system on an EC2 instance.
- Every Region has three or more Availability Zones.
- Cost Explorer shows up to 13 months of past costs. AWS Budgets alerts on actual or forecasted spend.
