How pages are checked
Pages on Cert Practice Test are checked as we go: lists are read against their sources.
Every practice question names its source, with a link where there is one: a section of a statute or regulation, an official publication, a question pool or list published for study, or, for an arithmetic or skills drill, a note that the question is our own. Every test is unofficial practice for an exam, not advice: under each quiz the page says which agency or exam owner it is not affiliated with and gives the date its bank was last checked. Since October 2026 a new test goes live only after every keyed answer has been checked a second time, independently of the writer. Tests written in September 2026, the first state permit tests among them, did not all get that second check.
We do not publish invented statistics, reviews, ratings or testimonials. If a page gives a fact, it should be one you can check in a standard reference source. Pages written for children are reviewed with that audience in mind.
Names of leagues, games and products
Some pages refer to a league, a game or a product by name because that is the plain way to describe what the tool is for. Cert Practice Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the owners of those names. We use text only, never logos.
