A real estate test Illinois law can answer

Each question is one that a section of the Act answers. The Act licenses brokers, managing brokers and residential leasing agents, so study for the Illinois real estate broker exam starts with these sections. The filters follow the Act: license law, getting a license, sponsorship and compensation, escrow moneys, agency relationships, promotion and names, discipline and hearings, and the Recovery Fund. Getting a license is the largest.

Are these the questions on the Illinois real estate license test?

Math, national real estate principles, the Department's rules in 68 Ill. Adm. Code 1450 and the Illinois Human Rights Act, which were not read for this bank. For what the exam itself covers, see the Department's own website.
