Georgia real estate exam questions in the outline's counts
The Georgia Salesperson Supplement outline in the Commission's Candidate Information Bulletin has three parts: state laws and rules 16 items, real estate practice in Georgia 21, finance and closing 15. This bank holds those counts, and Exam mode asks all 52. The national portion and its math are left out.
Use it as a Georgia real estate exam study guide
Each explanation names the paragraph of Commission Rule 520-1 or the Department of Revenue page it rests on and links to it. The Georgia Code itself was not read, so security deeds, foreclosure and the brokerage relationships act are not covered here.
Transfer tax is $1 on the first $1,000 of the price and 10 cents on each $100 after that (Department of Revenue).
Net brokerage engagements are prohibited (Rule 520-1-.06).

Questions and answers
How many questions are on the Georgia real estate license exam?
The Commission's Candidate Information Bulletin of July 2026 lists 52 Georgia items for a salesperson, and its sample certification form shows 100 national questions, 152 in all. The bulletin prints no time limit and no passing score.
What do you need before the real estate license test in GA?
The bulletin gives a salesperson three routes: the Salesperson's Prelicense Course (75 hours) at a Commission-approved school, set college coursework in real estate, or 75 prelicense hours approved by another state's or a Canadian province's regulator.
How long after passing do you have to get a Georgia license?
Rule 520-1-.04(5) gives three months from the exam date to apply for an active or inactive salesperson license; after that the fee doubles. Anyone who has not applied within twelve months must retake the examination.
Are these real Georgia real estate exam questions?
No. Every question was written for this page from the Commission's rules and the Department of Revenue's pages. Nobody here has seen the exam, and no licensed Georgia broker or attorney has reviewed the answers yet.
