How this list was compiled: Written from the Rules of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, Chapter 520-1 (Licensure and Brokerage), as published by the Georgia Secretary of State at https://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/520-1, and, for five questions on a broker's death and on the closing table, from the Commission's own web manual, the Georgia Real Estate InfoBase, chapters 5 and 47 (https://grec.state.ga.us/information-research/infobase-main/), all read 2026-10-15. The spread of topics follows the Georgia Broker Supplement Examination outline in the Georgia Real Estate Commission's Candidate Information Bulletin (dated 7/1/2026), linked from the Commission's page https://grec.state.ga.us/obtaining-a-license/real-estate/ and found at https://test-takers.psiexams.com/api/content/bulletin/4678. Questions, answer choices and explanations were written for this site from the rule text and the Commission's manual; nothing is copied from another practice test, a prep book or the state exam.

GA broker real estate practice test, in the outline's counts
The Georgia Broker Supplement outline in the Commission's Candidate Information Bulletin has three parts: state laws and rules 31 items, management 12, closing and calculations 5. This bank holds those counts, 48 in all.
A Georgia broker examination practice test, not the salesperson's
The broker's outline adds trust accounts and a part on management: qualifying brokers, releases and transfers, support personnel, fidelity bonds. No question repeats one on our Georgia salesperson page. Every question rests on the Commission's rules, not the Georgia Code, so Recovery Fund limits and the brokerage relationships act are not asked.
Brokers and associate brokers need 18 hours of broker education in each renewal period (Rule 520-1-.05).
Only checks payable to the broker may take the broker's own money out of a trust account (Rule 520-1-.08).
A broker signs a requested release at once; a pay dispute is no ground to refuse (Rule 520-1-.07).
