A free practice test for the Arkansas law portion of the real estate exam
The questions follow the Commission's salesperson content outline in its proportions: duties and powers of the Commission, licensing requirements, statutory requirements governing licensees, other statutory requirements, and agency relationships and disclosures. Requirements governing licensees are the largest section there and here. Exam mode asks 30 questions, the outline's count of scored law items.
An Arkansas real estate state practice test that drills the vocabulary
Arkansas law has its own terms: principal broker, executive broker, associate broker, trust funds, broker's price opinion. Each explanation uses the term as the statute or rule defines it and names the section, so the bank also serves as an Arkansas real estate vocabulary practice test.
Trust funds are deposited no later than three days after seller and buyer have both signed (17 CAR 220-1007).
A seller's agent discloses the agency before the buyer signs anything; a buyer's agent discloses at first contact (17 CAR 220-801, 220-802).
A broker's price opinion never uses the terms market value, appraised value or appraisal (Arkansas Code 17-42-110).
Questions and answers
How many questions are on the Arkansas law portion of the real estate exam?
The outline effective December 1, 2025 gives the salesperson law portion 30 scored items and ten unscored pretest items, beside 80 scored items on the national part. The candidate handbook of June 2026 allows two to four hours.
What score passes the Arkansas real estate exam?
Commission rule 17 CAR 220-402 requires a minimum score of 70 on the general part and 70 on the Arkansas law part. The handbook reports it as a scaled score, not a percent of questions, so this page makes no pass or fail call.
Are these the real Arkansas real estate exam questions?
No. They are our own, written from the License Law and the Commission's rules. This site has never seen the exam, and no licensed Arkansas broker or attorney has reviewed the answers yet. The national part is outside this page.
