The state outline in the Licensing Information Bulletin gives brokers 40 questions: broker responsibilities 6, contracts 5, license maintenance, disciplinary actions, trust accounts and agency 4 each, property disclosure and property management 3 each, then licensing, education, unlicensed assistants and the Iowa Civil Rights Act. Every explanation here names its section.

What the broker column adds

Against the salesperson column, broker responsibilities rise from 2 questions to 6 and contracts fall from 7 to 5. Expect supervision of salespersons and their assistants, the trust account, record keeping and closing a firm.
