How this list was compiled: Own questions, written from the New Jersey Statutes, Titles 17, 34 and 39, read in the statutes text the New Jersey Legislature publishes at https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/ (the file of October 10, 2026, updated through P.L.2026, c.30), downloaded on 2026-10-12: N.J.S.A. 17:22-6.42 to 17:22-6.45 (surplus lines), 17:22B-2 to 17:22B-17 (public adjusters), 17:28-1.1, 17:29AA-3 to 17:29AA-8, 17:29B-4 and 17:29B-7, 17:29C-4.1 to 17:29C-12, 17:30A-2 to 17:30A-12, 17:33A-4 to 17:33A-9, 17:36-5.16 to 17:36-5.20a, 17:37A-2 to 17:37A-8, 34:15-7 to 34:15-81, 39:6A-3 to 39:6A-13.1 and 39:6B-1 and 39:6B-2. The Legislature gives no address for a single section, so every link opens its searchable statutes page, https://lis.njleg.state.nj.us/nxt/gateway.dll?f=templates&fn=default.htm&vid=Publish:10.1048/Enu, where the section number is the thing to search for. Statutes only: the New Jersey Administrative Code was not read. The topics follow the New Jersey law sections of the Property Producer and the Casualty Producer examination content outlines (79 items and 91 items; 70% correct; 3.5 hours each; effective July 7, 2011), which print the statute references; they are linked from the Candidate Information Bulletin of the examination site that the Department of Banking and Insurance links from https://www.nj.gov/dobi/inslic.htm (the outlines: https://proctor2.psionline.com/media/programs/NJINS/PropertyProducer%20July%202011.pdf and https://proctor2.psionline.com/media/programs/NJINS/CasualtyProducer%20July%202011.pdf). Public adjusters (N.J.S.A. 17:22B) and the guaranty association (N.J.S.A. 17:30A) are not in the outlines and are added. Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the text of the law. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course or an exam question pool.
