How this list was compiled: Pennsylvania statutes on the General Assembly's own site (www.legis.state.pa.us), read on October 12, 2026: Act 86 of 1986 (notice of rate increases, cancellations and nonrenewals of commercial policies), the Unfair Insurance Practices Act (Act 205 of 1974), The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (Act 284; section 506.1 and Articles XVIII and XX), Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, Chapter 17 (financial responsibility), the Workers' Compensation Act (Act 338 of 1915) and The Pennsylvania Fair Plan Act (Act 233 of 1968). Each question names its section and links to the act or chapter. The topics follow the content outline "Pennsylvania Producer's Examination for Property and Casualty Insurance, Series 16-06" (150 items, 170 minutes), which prints the statute references beside each topic; the Pennsylvania Insurance Department links the exam site from https://www.pa.gov/agencies/insurance/licensing/licensees/initial-insurance-producer-licensing-process (the outline: https://proctor2.psionline.com/media/programs/PAINS/16-06x.pdf). Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the text of the law. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course or an exam question pool.
