How this list was compiled: Written from Chapter 37 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes (the Game Law) as the Nebraska Legislature publishes it at https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/browse-chapters.php?chapter=37 (sections 37-401, 37-403, 37-413, 37-414, 37-452, 37-501, 37-502, 37-505, 37-507, 37-509, 37-513, 37-514, 37-516, 37-517, 37-522, 37-523, 37-525, 37-527, 37-535 to 37-538, 37-564, 37-571, 37-572, 37-722, 37-724 and 37-725, each opened at its own address), and from two pages of the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission: Hunter Education (https://outdoornebraska.gov/hunt/hunter-education/) and Telecheck (https://outdoornebraska.gov/hunt/telecheck/). All were read on 2026-10-13; each question names its section or page. The course facts (ages, the 8-hour classroom course, the multiple choice and true/false test, the 85% score, the Hunt Safe Session) are the commission's own; that page is the published outline this page follows. The commission publishes no question count and no time limit for the test, so none is given here. Licence: Own work. Questions, answer choices and explanations were written for this site from the text of the Nebraska Revised Statutes and the facts on the commission's public pages; nothing is copied from a hunter education manual, a study guide, an online course, a chapter review or an examination.

No. It is unofficial and not affiliated with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. The questions are our own, written from the Revised Statutes and the commission's public pages; none comes from the course or its test.
