How it works
These Georgia MPJE practice questions are unofficial: 120 of our own on the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy rules. Neither the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), the exam's owner, nor the Georgia Board is affiliated with this page.

Fifteen chapters of Department 480
The bank rests on the Rules of the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy, from chapter 480-1 to chapter 480-48, as the Georgia Secretary of State posts them on rules.sos.ga.gov, read October 12, 2026. NABP's published MPJE Competency Statements set how many questions each of the four areas gets.
What is left out
Practice for an exam, not medical advice. Rule 480-2-.04 asks for the NAPLEX and a Board-approved jurisprudence examination. The Official Code of Georgia was not read for these questions, and federal law has its own federal pharmacy law page.
- One pharmacist supervises four technicians at most: one certified of three, two certified of four (480-15-.03).
- Schedule II hard copies go on security paper; an emergency oral order needs the written prescription within 7 days (480-22).
- Pseudoephedrine without a prescription: 3.6 grams in 24 hours, 9 grams in 30 days, photo identification shown (480-19-.03).
Questions and answers
How many questions are on the Georgia MPJE?
120, on a computer, in 2.5 hours, by NABP's test day page; the questions adapt as you answer. A timed run on this page keeps the same 120 questions and 150 minutes.
What score do you need on the Georgia MPJE?
Rule 480-2-.04 asks a minimum score of 75 on the jurisprudence examination and a minimum grade of 75 on the NAPLEX. NABP reports the MPJE itself as pass or fail.
Is there a free Georgia pharmacy MPJE study guide?
The Board's rules are free on rules.sos.ga.gov under Department 480. Here fifteen of its chapters become 120 questions, each naming a rule, so a miss points to the paragraph to reread.
Do you take the MPJE to transfer a pharmacist license to Georgia?
Yes. Rule 480-2-.05 has a reciprocity applicant pass a Board-approved jurisprudence examination on Georgia's pharmacy laws and Board regulations, and bars anyone who has failed Georgia's licensure examination.
Are these real Georgia MPJE questions?
No. All 120 were written for this site from the public text of the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy rules. None is taken from the MPJE, the Pre-MPJE or NABP's sample items, and no Georgia agency has reviewed them.
