The topics follow the Property - Colorado Specific and Casualty - Colorado Specific content outlines (State Statutes, Rules and Regulations; effective January 1, 2024), which print the statute references beside each topic; the outlines and the Colorado Insurance Licensing Candidate Handbook (July 2026) are on the exam page the Colorado Division of Insurance links from https://doi.colorado.gov/insurance-industry/for-producers/agents (the outlines: https://www.pearsonvue.com/content/dam/VUE/vue/en/documents/publications/120606.pdf). What this Colorado bank asks and leaves out
Producer licensing and the unfair practices common to all lines are in the Colorado life and health law bank; here that part is surplus lines, public adjusters and claim practices. The Division's regulations were not read. Each answer names its C.R.S. section, and the link opens the whole title.
