An Oklahoma MPJE study guide in question form
Every answer names a section of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Law Book, the Board's own compilation of Title 59, Chapter 8 and Administrative Code Title 535, effective July 11, 2026 and read October 9, 2026. The Board marks the book an unofficial copy, so check the statute books for a real case.
Weighted like the exam
The bank keeps the shares NABP's published MPJE Competency Statements give the exam's four areas. The Board's licensure instructions require the Oklahoma MPJE.
Oklahoma law only
Practice for an exam, not medical advice. Federal law is on the federal pharmacy law page. Title 63 and the narcotics bureau's rules were not read, so no question rests on them.
- Fifteen clock hours of continuing education each calendar year, not thirty every two (59 O.S. 353.11a).
- Four technicians per pharmacist, and an intern does not change the ratio (OAC 535:15-13-5).
- Ten days: a new manager's inventory, a closing notice, a change of place of practice. One day: a theft report.
Questions and answers
How many questions are on the Oklahoma MPJE?
NABP's test day page says 120 questions in 2.5 hours on a computer, with adaptive delivery. Exam mode on this page matches it: 120 questions and a 150-minute clock.
What is on the Oklahoma MPJE?
State and federal pharmacy law in four areas: licensure and personnel, pharmacist practice, dispensing requirements and pharmacy operations. NABP's outline says federal and state questions are not marked apart, and you answer under Oklahoma law.
Is there an Oklahoma pharmacy law study guide?
The Board of Pharmacy posts its Oklahoma Pharmacy Law Book free on its laws and rules page, and the book says a copy must be kept in the pharmacy. The questions here are written from that book.
What happens if you fail the Oklahoma MPJE?
OAC 535:10-7-4(e): after two failures of the jurisprudence examination the Board may require evidence of additional education before another attempt, and after three it may deny further examination. NABP allows 5 attempts per jurisdiction.
Is this the official Oklahoma MPJE?
No. NABP owns the exam, and this site has no tie to NABP or the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. The questions were written here from Oklahoma's published law, not from the MPJE, the Pre-MPJE or NABP's sample items.
