  • Emergency refill: one time, up to a 72-hour supply, never a controlled substance (201 KAR 2:175).

Questions and answers

How many questions are on the Kentucky MPJE?

120 computer-based questions in 2.5 hours, chosen adaptively, by NABP's test day page. Exam mode on this page runs to the same 120 questions and 150 minutes.

What is the passing score for the MPJE in Kentucky?

201 KAR 2:020 names no number: it says the NAPLEX and the MPJE are graded as pass or fail. NABP reports the result the same way, so this page shows a percent and no verdict.

How many times can you take the MPJE in Kentucky?

201 KAR 2:020 allows three attempts without further board approval and five in a lifetime. Two more attempts after the third need proof of five hours of continuing education in pharmacy law or a refresher course certificate.

Is there a free MPJE study guide for Kentucky?

The law itself is free on the General Assembly's site: KRS Chapter 315 and 201 KAR Chapter 2. This page turns it into questions, and each explanation links the section to reread after a miss.

Are these real Kentucky MPJE questions?

No. Every question was written for this site from the public text of Kentucky's statutes and regulations. None comes from the MPJE, the Pre-MPJE or NABP's sample items, and no Kentucky agency has reviewed them.
