How this list was compiled: Own questions, written from Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (chapters 2, 4, 6, 23, 24, 33, 34 and 36) and from the Rules of Commissioner of Insurance, subjects 120-2-3 (licensing) and 120-2-52 (fair and equitable settlement of first party property damage claims), read on October 12, 2026 on the Secretary of State's rules site (https://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/120-2-3 and https://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/120-2-52). Statute text was read on October 12, 2026 in a public copy, not on a state site: Release 86 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, dated November 2022, posted by Public.Resource.Org on the Internet Archive (file: https://archive.org/download/gov.ga.ocga.2018/release86.2022.11/gov.ga.ocga.title.33.rtf; collection page: https://archive.org/details/gov.ga.ocga.2018). That release has no web page for each section, so section links open the same section in Release 81 of the same collection, dated 2021-08-17; the words behind every answer were matched in both releases. On October 12, 2026 the 1,414 bills on the Governor's signed legislation pages for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, special sessions included (https://gov.georgia.gov/executive-action/legislation/signed-legislation), were listed; the 675 local acts (a county, city, town or local board in the caption) were set aside and the text of the other 739 was searched for every cited Code section. Where an act changed the part a question asks, the question is written from the act and links to it: 2023 H.B. 222 (33-23-23 and 33-23-43.2(b)) and 2026 H.B. 1344 (new sections 33-3-28.1 and 33-24-59.37, in force from January 1, 2027 and asked with that date). Acts that name a cited section without changing the part asked: 2023 H.B. 295 (33-6-34, paragraph (15) only; 33-2-24, a reference), 2023 H.B. 222 (33-23-21 and 33-23-43.7, references) and 2025 H.B. 410 (33-23-1, a reference). The topics follow part V, Georgia Laws, Rules, and Regulations Pertinent to All Adjusters, of the Georgia Adjuster examination content outline, effective October 22, 2024, which the examination administrator of the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire publishes at https://www.pearsonvue.com/content/dam/VUE/vue/en/documents/publications/121102.pdf. Nothing here was taken from a prelicensing course, a study manual or a question pool. Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the text of the law. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course or an exam question pool.
