How this list was compiled: The 2026 Florida Statutes, chapters 319, 324, 440, 624, 626, 627 and 631, read on October 9, 2026 one section at a time on Online Sunshine, the Florida Legislature's own site (https://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/). The topics follow the parts of the Florida Adjuster's All Lines Insurance examination content outline that rest on Florida statutes (property adjusting practices under s. 627.70131, uninsured motorist and no-fault, workers' compensation law, residual markets, and selected Florida statutes and rules); the outline, effective January 1, 2026, is published for the Florida Department of Financial Services by its examination administrator at https://www.pearsonvue.com/content/dam/VUE/vue/en/documents/publications/121003.pdf. Each question names its section and links to it. Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the statute text. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course, a study manual or an exam question pool.
How it works
This unofficial Florida adjusters practice test asks the law behind the All-Lines Adjuster exam: 105 of our own questions from the Florida Statutes, each naming its section. Not affiliated with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Florida all lines adjuster practice test: the law parts
Most of the outline effective January 1, 2026 is policy forms. This bank asks what rests on statutes: adjuster licensing and conduct, property claim deadlines, no-fault and uninsured motorist law, workers' compensation, the residual markets and the guaranty association.
All lines insurance adjusters Florida study guide: what is left out
Auto, dwelling, homeowners, commercial and marine policy forms and the Florida Administrative Code are not asked. Each answer links to its section on the Legislature's site.
Exam mode
Exam mode keeps the real exam's length, time limit and pass mark, with every question on the law.
Claim records stay in the adjuster's place of business for at least 5 years after the adjustment (F.S. 626.875).
Personal injury protection: $10,000 in medical and disability benefits, $5,000 in death benefits; medical pays 80 percent, disability 60 percent (F.S. 627.736).
Workers' compensation is not paid for the first 7 days unless the disability lasts more than 21 days (F.S. 440.12).
