- The archive tier is offline: reading a blob back takes hours.
Questions and answers
How many questions are on the AZ-900 exam?
Microsoft publishes no fixed number. Its exam duration page says most certification exams contain 40 to 60 questions and that the count can change. Exam mode here draws 40 questions on a 45-minute clock.
What is the passing score for AZ-900?
700 on a scale of 1 to 1,000. Microsoft's scoring page calls it a scaled score that may not equal 70 percent of the points, so this page shows percent right and no pass or fail.
Which Azure practice test should a beginner start with?
This one. The AZ-900 study guide calls the exam a common starting point on the way to an Azure career. The administrator exam, AZ-104, expects experience with the portal, PowerShell and the Azure CLI, and has its own test on this site.
Is there an AZ-900 practice test PDF?
Yes. Print lays out a question sheet, with an answer key if you ask for one, and Save as PDF in the print window keeps it as a file. All of it is free, with no account.
