How this list was compiled: Own questions, written from the 2025 Minnesota Statutes as published by the Office of the Revisor of Statutes at https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/, read on October 15, 2026: chapter 72B, Insurance Adjusters (the whole chapter), and sections 45.027, 60A.952, 60A.954, 60A.955, 65A.01, 65A.12, 65B.525 and 72A.201. Each question names its section and links to it. The topics follow the law topics of the Property and Casualty Adjuster content outline (35 scored questions): Licensing, and under Adjustment Process the suspected fraudulent claims, remedies for disputes and Minnesota Insurance Unfair Claims Practices Act lines. The outline is linked from the Insurance Examinations Candidate Information Bulletin (10/1/2026) for the examinations of the Minnesota Department of Commerce, on the examination page https://test-takers.psiexams.com/mnins (the outline: https://proctor2.psionline.com/media/programs/MNINS/PCAdjuster.pdf). Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the text of the law. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course or an exam question pool.
