OSAT Principal Comprehensive Assessment (144): four selected-response subareas
By the framework read October 15, 2026: visionary leadership and continuous school improvement, 13% of the test; instructional leadership, school culture and faculty development, 25%; organizational, resource and operational management and legal guidelines, 19%; stakeholder relationships, professional norms and ethics, 23%. This bank holds 8, 15, 12 and 13. The remaining 20% is a written assignment on educational leadership, which multiple-choice questions cannot rehearse.
Oklahoma's own statutes
Fifteen questions are written from Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes as the Oklahoma State Courts Network prints it: the five Teacher and Leader Effectiveness ratings, the written admonishment that comes before a dismissal recommendation, activity fund deposits, the three parts of State Aid, bullying reports, safety drills and the six-year school improvement plan.
The written assignment gives data on a school's program, climate and culture and asks for a strength, a concern and an improvement strategy (competency 0010).
Competencies 0006, 0007 and 0009 name Oklahoma outright: school governance and financing, the state's education law, and the conduct expected of its educators.
