How it works
An unofficial Kansas dental jurisprudence practice test: 82 of our own questions on the Kansas Dental Practices Act, K.S.A. 65-1421 and following, and K.A.R. Agency 71. The Kansas Dental Board gives the real examination and is not affiliated.

What is left out
Law only, read on the Revisor of Statutes' and the Secretary of State's sites, because the Board's own booklet of the Act is dated January 2020. Fees, sedation permits, mobile facilities and student practice are not asked. Practice for an exam, not medical advice.
- Kansas licenses expire December 1 of the renewal year and are canceled if not renewed before March 1 (K.S.A. 65-1431).
- Dentists owe sixty hours of continuing education each renewal and hygienists thirty, with ethics hours in both (K.A.R. 71-4-1).
- Dental records are kept ten years after the date of any professional service (K.A.R. 71-1-15).
