Two subareas, by the test design on the AEPA site read October 13, 2026: the U.S. Constitution, objectives 1 to 3, about 60%, and the Arizona Constitution, objectives 4 to 6, about 40%. The bank holds 30 and 20. Timed, 40 questions get 60 minutes, the real test's pace.
Court decisions, and where Arizona parts from the federal rule
Objective 3 is how the Constitution has been defined through interpretation, so ten questions are on landmark decisions, four of them on the rights of students and teachers. On the Arizona side, conviction on impeachment takes two-thirds of the senators elected, not of those present, and an amendment that approves a tax needs sixty percent of the voters.
The test page lists no reference materials, so neither constitution's text is provided during the test.
