How this list was compiled: Texas Insurance Code, Chapter 4102, Public Insurance Adjusters (Sections 4102.001 to 4102.208), read on October 16, 2026 on Texas Constitution and Statutes, the Texas Legislature's own site (https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/, file served from https://tcss.legis.texas.gov/resources/IN/htm/IN.4102.htm). The topics follow part IV, Texas Statutes and Rules Pertinent to Public Insurance Adjusting, of the Public Insurance Adjuster content outline (100 scoreable questions; effective September 1, 2026), which prints the Code references beside each topic; the Texas Department of Insurance's examination administrator publishes it at https://www.pearsonvue.com/content/dam/VUE/vue/en/documents/publications/124401.pdf. Each question names its section and links to it. Licence: Own work. Every question, wrong choice and explanation was written for this site from the text of the law. Nothing comes from a testing vendor, a prep course or an exam question pool.

The department's page for this license says an applicant either uses its Public Insurance Adjuster Contract, Form FIN535, or uploads a contract that meets Texas Administrative Code section 19.708.
