Informational text 6

  • "Every spring the city mows the wide medians along Route 9 six times, at a cost of $11,000 a cut. The parks office now proposes mowing twice and letting native grasses grow. A shorter mathematics test than grade 8

On the publisher's table the high school mathematics test has 46 questions, against 56 or 57 at grades 4 to 8, in the same 1 hour 10 minutes. Reading and language keep the counts and times they had in middle school.

What these questions follow

The publisher's objective sheet ends at grade 8, and it lists no topics for the high school levels. So each question names the Common Core high school standard it practices, and the topic names are this page's own. Science and social studies are left out.
