What the real exam asks
Salesforce's exam guide for the credential, read on October 9, 2026, gives data and analytics 17% of the exam; configuration, object manager and automation 15% each; sales, service and productivity 10% each; Agentforce 8%.
What is not asked here
Every question has one right answer. Lead and opportunity scoring, forecast settings and list views are left out, because no Help article read for this page settled them in plain words. Help now calls agent topics subagents, and so do these questions.
- Login IP ranges on a profile deny a login from outside them. Trusted IP ranges for the org only skip the identity verification challenge.
- Freezing a user blocks logins but keeps the license in use. Deactivating the user frees it.
- To update fields on the record that triggered a flow, Salesforce recommends a before-save flow: the record is not saved a second time.
