How this list was compiled: Our own questions, written to the test design and framework of Oklahoma Subject Area Tests field 113, Physical Science, in the study guide on the Certification Examinations for Oklahoma Educators website (https://www.ceoe.nesinc.com/Content/StudyGuide/OK_SG_OBJ_113.htm, copyright 2019 Office of Educational Quality and Accountability and Pearson Education, Inc.; test page https://www.ceoe.nesinc.com/TestView.aspx?f=HTML_FRAG/OK113_TestPage.html, read 2026-10-12): 80 selected-response questions and 1 constructed-response assignment in 4 hours, passing score 240, a periodic table and a formulas page provided; selected response weighs Science Practices and the Engineering Process (competencies 0001 to 0004) 21%, Forces, Electromagnetics, and Waves (0005 to 0008) 21%, Matter and Energy (0009 to 0014) 30% and Earth and Space Systems (0015 to 0017) 13%, and the constructed response (0018) 15%. The bank holds 44: 11, 11, 15 and 7, with two or three for each of the 17 selected-response competencies. Every fact was read in the Wikipedia article named under its question; each calculation was worked twice from the rule that article states. OSAT Physical Science (113): four selected-response subareas
The framework on the CEOE site, read October 12, 2026, weights Science Practices and the Engineering Process at 21% of the test, Forces, Electromagnetics, and Waves at 21%, Matter and Energy at 30%, and Earth and Space Systems at 13%. Our 44 questions split 11, 11, 15 and 7.
The written assignment and the two reference sheets
The remaining 15% is one constructed-response assignment on a lesson plan and student work, which nothing here practices. The test page says a periodic table and a formulas page are provided, so each calculation here states the constant it needs. Exam mode draws 40 questions with no clock, because the real 4 hours also cover the writing.
Subarea IV is Earth and space science: the origin of the universe, Kepler's laws, plate tectonics, rocks, climate and natural hazards.
Questions and answers
Is this CEOE Physical Science practice test free?
Yes, with no sign-up. Every question was written for this page, and none comes from the real test, its sample questions or its official practice test.
How many questions are on the OSAT Physical Science test?
The test page gives 80 selected-response questions and one constructed-response assignment, with 4 hours of testing time after a 15-minute tutorial. It adds that some questions may be trial questions that do not affect the score.
What is the passing score for OSAT Physical Science?
The test page gives 240. The written assignment counts toward that score, so a number right on these questions cannot be turned into it, and the result here shows no pass or fail.
Is OSAT Physical Science a CEOE test?
Yes. The Certification Examinations for Oklahoma Educators list Physical Science, field 113, among the Oklahoma Subject Area Tests, beside separate Chemistry and Physics tests.
