What Integrated Social Studies (025) covers

The framework at oh.nesinc.com, read October 12, 2026, weighs Historiography and World History 25%, U.S. History 25%, Geography and Culture 19%, Government 19% and Economics 12%. This bank holds 12, 12, 9, 9 and 6 questions. The Government set includes the Ohio Constitution, which the framework names.

Timing

The real assessment allows 3 hours after a 15-minute tutorial, 1.2 minutes a question. Exam mode asks the 48 here in 58 minutes, the same pace.

Read the documents

Many explanations name a page of the National Archives, the State Department's Office of the Historian, the Senate or the Federal Reserve. The framework names many of those documents and court cases, so open the page after a miss.

  • The test page lists no reference materials, so the dates, documents and court cases must come from memory.
